If you are buying and don't mind doing a little extra work yourself, only deal with the listing realtor for each property. That way there is a better chance you can negotiate a better price as the realtor may move on his commison he charges to the seller.

Kent Jorgenson! He was great! Unlike many realtors, that became realtors after many other failures, Kent actually got his commerce degree with the intention of becoming a realtor. He was calm in the face of anxiety, very well informed, patient, humourous, open to new ideas, etc,. I have reccomended him to many, and all were pleased.

I must say, the most kind and honest, hard working real estate agent is EVKA from Realty Executives.
More than an agent. Evka also has home construction knowledge. I was told by word of mouth to call Evka. Best choice I ever made. She Sold my house! and helped me buy a new one. THANK YOU !!!! I will certainly use Evka again and gladly refer her service. Very professional.

No negative reviews - in the rules. People's experiences can vary and there are lots of good real estate agents out there. Sometimes a realtor that lives in the area can be a great match.
