Buddy believes the police will and do lie on the stand and I know they do.
I believe mantler will beat the charges after all, who would have the best information on which slime ball lawyer to hire in cases like this?

Re: Mantler trial begins today
a Mountie with his gun drawn kicked him in the head, Hayes testified.
From all video I saw, Mantler had his gun holstered at the time. C'mon Kelly!!

No, he holstered it afterward.
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?

hmmmmm? No I don't think so, Mantler has a history of this type of aggressive behaviour, just ask around Armstrong? This may or may not have been a "one off" while on duty but ....he has a history.

What the heck difference where the gun was does it make?
Buddy, innocent or not, should not have been kicked while on the ground with his hands up. And that's what this is all about.
YOUR right not to get abused by RCMP while complying with instructions.
This is about every Canadian's right. Not just Buddys.

As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

I don't know if it makes a difference or not. The question was asked. Mantler is getting his day in court and isn't that what our justice system is all about?

Hmmmmm? I don't think so. Prior bad acts are not for consideration during proceedings (for cops or civilian accused persons) until conviction for the purposes of sentencing (unless directly relevant, i.e. the credibility of their testimony) . Each situation must be weighed on it's own relative facts. Not on unrelated incidents.
What "history" do you refer to?

Exactly.... Considering the bridge thing with the repo guy who got a shot in the puss , the "Bahtti" thiong downtown and Tavarres , why can't the RCMP just get the fact that Mantler would be better off doing "somethihng else" for a living ???
OR the "good ones" who seem to hide behind this "GET ALL THE FACTS FIRST " garbage ?
I think we'd ALL be better off if he did .....

I dunno, man. Brinnen didn't beat charges and all he did was punch a guy in the face in the heat of the moment.

Re: Mantler trial begins today
In the original videos , Just after the kick The female officer said what did you do that for.
I would imagine That has probably disappeared.
It would be interesting to know her version of the events . Because she obviously didn't believe the kick was necessary Either.
Considering this fool Is not getting paid And the RCMP has forced him to pay for Is own lawyer. It makes you wonder Why he still has At Cheering section of supporters Some of which claim to be actual active RCMP members
