The sign on the corner states, C9 with potential C4, maybe someone can clarify for me. I would have thought it should be C4 with potential C9.

i think that corner has a curse on it ,ever notice how restraunt kept having one disaster after another

Wrong corner of the intersection

there is a restraunt with the hotel that had a recent fire i think it was last called the vortex ,how ironic .oh i see its the vin inn not the 4 seasons the ne corner threw me

The development which is the topic of discussion here is on the site of the former Vineyard motel not the present Four Seasons motel?

sorry your right just got it that whole strip on 97 needs a bulldozer its just another ubertourist pile of concrete par for the course. i guess that course is gone to.no hard feelings cv i think your good at what you do.

who on earth is gonna want to live in a "skyscraper" located in rutland rite on 2 hi ways ?? i cant imagine a worse place to live around here

That corner would be a perfect place for the city to build a velodrome and maybe even a bicycle museum! :runforlife:
