Not in West Kelowna, but there will be fireworks in Kelowna and other places:

Yes I read this and was wondering if there are any other locations having fireworks also

I bet if you head up to Crystal Mountain you will find a group of people on the side of the road burning tires, drinking beer and throwing things that go kaboom into the fire. (i.e. aerosol cans, roman candles, propane tanks)

In the past, we've hiked to the top of Rose Valley which offers a great view of Kelowna and watched fireworks from there. You'll need a good flashlight but it is not that difficult a hike.
