A Costco with their own gas bar. I also think that the old Extra Foods building would be a great indoor family entertainment arena. They could have bowling, mini golf, small restaurant vendors, arcade, etc. You could stuff a lot of fun in that big building.

Re: NEW STORE, what would you choose?
The chances of us getting a Costco are only a bit better than us getting an Ikea.
I do think a Target would have been nice though.
Other than that, I am pretty happy with what is available now. Other than the occasional trip to Costco, I do all my shopping on this side of the bridge.

I'd love a Cabella's but I think the new Grouse River Outfitters may fill that void.

I'd vote for Cabella's or Bass Pro Shop.

I would prefer it to be on east side of Okanagan Lake, but would except one in West Kelowna:
NCIX outlet

My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?
Apparently "Robin Hood All Purpose" was the wrong answer!

ANY store that does not import containers of sub-standard goods that usually don't work and sells only Canadian or USA goods.
