My condolences to the parents. They must be devastated.

They weren't devastated before knowing their sons were both drug dealers poisoning our communities for financial gain? Hard to have a lot of sympathy, sorry.

Maybe the parent's WERE devastated before their two son's went down this road.
Maybe the parent's have been torn apart from the lifestyle choices of the sons they perhaps thought they had raised proper. Maybe the parent's have been beating themselves up for years over what they must have missed in raising their bad apples.
Maybe the parent's lives have dissolved to separation and depression for both.

Do you know the parents personally and are you close enough to know how they have been coping or not over the years?
Me neither.
Until I do, I'll definitely show some sympathy for them. Some compassion.

Its a Well known syndrome..preachers, cops..other high profile respected members of the community..kids screw up epically all the time.. But some heartless folks are too busy being judgmental to ever cut anyone. Any slack...................... Till it hits their family.......

I have to agree with you 50,, there are lots of people who have been involved in drugs and moved on to become valued members of society.

It appears that two for two were not living their lives right if what has been said be true.

I look at the Bacon brothers and it appears this family may also have taken the wrong path. Do I feel sorry for the parents, no even though I do not know them. It is still their child, good or bad.

Yes, because parents have control over their adult children.

You can put a sense of right and wrong into your children, but in the end, it's up to them to follow it or not.

Regardless of how big of scumbags as the children may have been, no parents want to outlive their child.
