The multiple shower heads shouldn't have any effect on lowering pressure so long as the supply is greater than demand.
In town (City of Kelowna), you'd see/feel no difference, a

Your house should have pressure reducing valve and be free of city fluctuations and high pressure.Your pressure will also reduce as you gain elevation. Older homes have problems with flow and the amount of water to be shared with other fixtures .Older homes usually only have a half inch supply line where as you should have 3/4 " as close to that shower as you can,That's why a balancing valve would be needed to restrict the water coming out at the point of least resistance and divert it to the back head .Glad you like MY curtain rod idea ,it gets better.Plumb in peace.
