Might be the three lawsuits are still before the courts as there was mention of having the hill ready by the end of 2017 (obviously that didn't happen). No reason for the city to be pumping money in until the general manager gives the go ahead. The building itself would need major renovations if not a tear down by this time.

Family fun ! Am i right ? Heavy promotion of drinking and following trails vs actual recreation. Last mountain likely never benfitted the local economy i guess .

The developer wants to build a 4000 bed hotel up there and ten lifts.
