It's not even that difficult to make "weed oil"....clearly some not so bright fellas and ya it is kind of a waste of weed unless you don't have to pay for it.

Usually cooking dinner does not involve boiling a pot of Isopropyl alchohol on the stove. The fumes from this process become explosive very quickly.
