Medical marijuana should be sold in a separate business than that of recreational marijuana - If it's medicine, treat it like so.
Should be available at drug stores since it's pretty ridiculous that someone with cancer who may be skittish having to try medical marijuana having to wade through a bunch of party goers to get the medicine. Or to have to go to a couple places to fill their prescriptions.
Recreational marijuana should piggy back off the alcohol system - commercial growers government inspected.
Taxes collected from the recreational purchases should subsidize the medical end retail price, medical studies, education, enforcement.
Till it all opens up I say YES to dispensaries

Dispensaries in Colorado are permitted to sell both medical and recreational marijuana out of one building but THERE MUST BE A DISTINCT DIVISION BETWEEN THE TWO AREAS.
Dispensaries selling medical or recreational marijuana in Colorado are, for several specified reasons, limited to those who also grow the marijuana that they sell. With possible permission after one year of problem free operation to begin purchasing 30% of the product sold from other growers/sellers to enable a wider selection of product to be offered. Also to enable product to be obtained for sale in the event of an un-for-see-able emergency shortage.
