I don't know - feels pretty darn dry here. I water daily in the morning (or evening) to make sure my plants arn't drying out.
I haven't failed until I quit.

One lovely rainy day would be most welcome!

On the plus side, I guess that means it will be gone shortly!

Normally the hottest temperatures in BC are in the southwestern interior, like Osoyoos or Lytton, but the past 2 weeks it's been in the southeast. Cranbrook sits at over 3000 ft elevation, and still manages to be hotter than Osoyoos, Lytton, and Lillooet which all sit below 1000 ft!

Yesterday's Canadian Hotspots:

1 Warfield, BC = 38° C
2 Nelson, BC = 37.4° C
3 Earlton, ON = 35.5° C
4 Creston, BC = 35.2° C
5 Cranbrook, BC = 34.6° C
6 Osoyoos, BC = 34.3° C
8 Pemberton, BC = 34.2° C
9 Lillooet, BC = 34° C
10 Revelstoke, BC = 33.7° C

I think it has here in Summerland... nice breeze from the north.
We need two days of rain....bad. I'm taking 10 days off in Aug and if no rain it will be an indefinite hiatus....

We were just at Thornhaven Winery on Sunday. Shockingly dry there.

BREAKING NEWS
Strange sighting right now to the west, north, south, and east. Also vertically. Yes. Confirmed. I can see stuff. Looks like mountains, blue sky, colors other than milky gray white. Something is going on

There was a pretty cool fallstreak hole cloud to the west about half an hour ago. I've never seen one before.
