I'm always the one dancing for rain.
I too am glad for it raining where it's needed.
However, the ENTIRE BC area needs a monsoon pour down.

Well we don't want rain downtown on Kelowna's Block Party. It was spitting a bit when we were at the Rotary Marsh photographing birds but it has stopped now.
