It's interesting to look back at the data & see that it was nearly 30C in some parts of the valley on April 19th/20th, 2016.
Pretty nice out today though, can't really complain.

Supposed to get quite warm next week. Might get the creeks flowing if the snow in the hills starts to go.

And to think that at this time last year the snowpack was still BELOW normal (east of where I live)...

Nice day for a hike. Saskatoon bushes and okanagan sunflowers are flowering.

Supposed to get a pretty healthy amount of rain tonight. Next few days look kinda crummy.

My bad - I bought stuff to put in drip irrigation today. I need a warm day to straighten the tubing out, so of course it cools down and gets rainy. :swear:
I haven't failed until I quit.

Funny how close the rain is right now but it's just like nope. Looks like Vernon is getting a bit though.

The nice weather has finally come in. But as is common for Kelowna, people are still going to find a reason to complain about living here. [icon_lol2.gif]

Chance of thunderstorms this afternoon. The 7 day forecast is starting to look kinda cloudy and rainy.
