Yep, he was checking out the parking lots for unlocked cars, and then stopped in the alley to chat with some of the regular bmx-riding street locals.

Funny, there was a lady dressed up like a clown in Superstore this evening. She started dancing around when Smash Mouth's All Star came on the speakers. Didn't seem overly creepy to me, just silly.

I wonder where the line gets drawn between wearing a halloween mask, clown makeup, or just looking like me mimicking a mime pulling a rope or carrying a piece of glass, and getting charged with wearing a disguise.
Can Queenie go in her bank wearing her night time aloe and Laotion swamp mud mask and legally withdraw 20 bucks without garnering any more attention than she normally does?
Peeps freak out and call police if a kid leaves a backpack on a bus.
What if Bsuds is on his way to a masquerade party at my house and leaves his laptop in the cab?
