I would not be surprised if the next phase of changes to Ethel would include a roundabout at Rose/Guisachan. If that is last phase, then even possible 3 way roundabout Raymer.

Phase 4 (2018) Sutherland to Cadder/Springfield
Phase 5 (2019) Cadder to Rose(??)
Phase 6 (2020) Rose(??) to Raymer

That was what the City communicated many years ago when they designated Ethel as the ATC ... 6 years to build the whole thing ... but I like the idea of roundabouts ...

phase 4 went out for tender and was over budget, they intend on combining phase 4 and 5 later this year or most likely in the new year early
