In the movie "Sicario", law enforcement takes a trip to Juarez Mexico where they come across mutilated and decapitated bodies hanging from a overpass with a drug cartel flag hanging.

One of the men makes a comment :

"It's brilliant what they do - mutilated the bodies like that to make people think they must have did something horrible or crossed the cartel to have deserved a death like that - it's brilliant"

Gangsterism is as optical as politics. I doubt these people did anything - but the street cred is priceless.

yup many on here have said that you are safe it you live on a gangsters neighbourhood as long as you leave them alone, they are no better then sexoffenders
