Nothng wrong with the gas station. It takes five years of remediation to repurpose a former gasoline site. They are doing something which is better than nothing.

where are all the homeless losers that hang out at the old cattle country hanging out these days? there is always some clowns sitting on the stairs by the old pizza plus drinking and loitering. this construction has probably pushed them out behind lordco or down to the towne center mall.westbank is turning into a friggen dump

There have been rumours about Costco forever. They own land in Penticton and Vernon and by the airport. I'll believe it when I see it. Although by the airport would be a good location:)
