Whats up with the symmetrical poles by Hyundai dealership?

Does anybody know what is happening with all those poles/ logs next to the Hyundai dealership on Hwy 97N? They are all arranged in order and all symmetrical.

Pretty much same as the ones on the Hwy near Chilliwack.
I got Married because I was sick and tired of finishing my own sentences.
That's worked out great for me!

That's what I first thought. Huge shortage of hops in BC especially organic. Not that there's much organic about crops being grown by the side of a six lane autobahn.
