Once this project is completely finished I will be watching to see if garbage bins still get dumped on Richter St, if so that will huge joke & stupid move by the designer (absolutely terrible planning).

The water damage done to the Verve was caused by an angry tenant for being evicted. He moved out, turned off the heat and left all the windows open in January. The pipes froze and caused water damage to many suites, beside and below that unit. It was in the Yellow building.
