Indecent exposure in Kelowna

This is a little unsettling. In June, a local man pleaded guilty to exposing himself to children at a local public pool. His lawyer agreed to a 6 month sentence but the judge refused, calling instead for a psychiatric assessment which may or may not have happened. Now three months later the man is somewhere in the community posing an unknown risk, and he appears on Kelowna's Most Wanted so he apparently can't be located.
