Sentencing tomorrow. Fingers crossed the judge doesn't take into consideration his recent limp-wristed attempt to convince the court he's "turning his life around" - especially after attacking a fellow inmate with a razor blade just over a month ago. The crown is asking for 10 years - defense says 3-4 is reasonable. I sincerely hope the case law allows for more than 10 - and the judge takes full advantage of it.

impo his sentence should reflect the quality of life the victim lost. Victim has totally lost his adulthood is currently living in a senior care facility due to the brain injury thanks to Brodie.
