Unless this person has friends in high places, not much will happen in way of development that area is in ALR.
Knowing the Bennett family has been trying to have land removed for years unsuccessfully, very doubtful this guy will be any luckier.

I wonder if this troublemaker/lawbreaker is the Dr. Alex Rezensoff from Calgary. If it is we should ship him back where he came from. We don't need his kind here.

That’s actually not correct Gordon. As I mentioned previously in correcting my own understanding of it being within the ALR, the parcel shown at 984 Dehart is not in the ALR and has already been subject to some work towards possible development, the latest of which I posted being SEKID granting removal of the parcel from its boundaries as it would not be able to support flow requirements needed for development, placing the onus on the developer coming to an agreement with the city.

That property does not border with Golf course, my point is property bordering this dispute.

My point was these properties are all owned by the same person.

So how does that effect the dispute of damming/blocking the stream with golf course.

How can anyone "own" water that comes from the mountains? Water belongs to everyone on earth, just like the air we breath. This reminds me of the old western movies that had cattle barons blocking off water to try and get rid of farmers or sheep herders down stream.

Father and son share the same first name. Alex junior is a physician. I am not sure about senior.

This is the type of behaviour that makes me wonder about the future of the human race....total clown looking to flex his financial muscles for no reason other than self gain. If the powers that be don't snuff this and make him pay dearly Id be shocked.

I dealt with a WCB claim several years back where a Dr. Alex Rezansoff , representing the WCB, claimed to have made an examination of me in the course of my claim. He did NOT...

I've never met the man but I'm wondering if this is the same shill...

Growing up here in Kelowna over the last 6 decades, there were many creeks and streams that have since been buried altered or diverted as a result of "development" here.

Mission creek and all it's tributaries were diverted and contained in the dike/Greenway back in the 50's and 60's already.

It would be interesting to track down some old topo maps or orthos for reference here...

Didn't they suggest on the news he was from Calgary??
