I have about 8-10 yard waste bags of leaves still to go to the dump. I will wait till pick up begins in the Spring and fill the waste bin until they are all gone. Should only take about 1.5 to 2 months to get rid of it all. (I have the large bin.)

Queenie might want them for mulch.

Well, it's official.
The City of Kelowna decided the bush isn't messy enough!
There's going to be an awful lot more Illegal dumping because of this rate increase, hope they are happy with themselves when they see whats going to happen!
Yep you got that right. If they thought is was a problem before lol they are in for a rude surprise. And I will say I'll be damned if I am gonna pay to get rid of there leaves from there trees. I will also be sending them a bill for gutter cleaning every fall when the leaves fill them and for all the sap the there tree drops on my vehicle. Worst case I'll cut the tree down and take the fine.
