Bobcat spotting near Boucherie Rd (Westbank)

Post by GoStumpy »

Just a heads up! Wife saw a Bobcat walking up our street in Pineridge Mobile Home Park on Boucherie Rd today (Oct 26th) at ~7:15am

Might not have been the Coyotes taking a few neighbours cats lately! :200: :200:

Thanks for sharing - love seeing bobcats. They are elusive.

People who don't care for their animals properly tick me off. Bobcats, on the other hand, are super cool. I've seen tracks an scat while hiking around Rose Valley.

GS, a bear has been sighted a couple of times last week on D's property ... corner Elk Road & Ridge Estates Drive.

AND very attractive. I like the little "horns" on top of their ears.

You've seen them? Cool. I spend a lot of time in the bush but have yet to see a cat.

I count myself lucky - the recent one sprinted across the trail so fast if I hadn't been looking in the right direction I wouldn't have seen it either. We stopped where it went into the bush but not a sign it had ever been there. One reason I like hunting in the snow - can see all the kitty tracks.
