Trucks Crashes into Patio

I always wondered if this would happen. Here and that taco place (mmm tacos and beer) the patios are basically on the side of the road. I figured it was only a matter of time until some drunk in a truck came crashing through. what do you know it happened

Where does it say the driver was drunk? Distracted maybe? Medical episode? Who knows......
Maybe wait for all the facts to come out. The story doesn't even say the driver is being investigated.
