Not a meter reader,our meter readers come to front of our house(not from down the canyon) and I usually see them. He circled my house after climbing a fence then up on my deck to the doors and back to the yard where climbed a firewood pile and jumped the fence to next door, bee-lined across their back yard and climbed their fence.
