I noticed too, and the magnificent sunset. I was so impressed that I ran back inside to get my camera and take a photo to share........the battery was dead.....sorry.

What's really sweet are the Christmas lights in the foreground - wish I could take a decent picture. Would love to see some photos posted here.

Sorry - I had to laugh. I tried to drag my better half outside but I was the only one out there it seems in the neighbourhood with a camera and no shoes and at the end of my "photo shoot" no decent pictures. Thanks for getting me out there though :)

A little tricky to get a moon picture. You need manual focus if possible, a zoom lens to give you magnification, lowest iso setting, small aperture, and a mount would be beneficial.
