Can anyone please explain to me why this drifting sailboat is so newsworthy? They're still talking about it on Castanet radio and it's on the Castanet homepage this morning. You'd think it had reappeared after going missing 50 years ago.

Is Kelowna media still so bush league that they can't find more interesting things to talk about?
