That explains it...these youths were practicing, hoping to make the pro tour! We should applaud their ambition, not charge them as criminals!

Seriously though...the stuff they can be charged with here simply doesn't come with heavy prison time, and we'll likely never find out the results of their court proceedings anyway. I'm interested to know how they got these buses rolling...did they hotwire em? Steal the keys? Keys left in the buses?

The stupidity of some people is truly astonishing. Put them in jail for 2 years and when they get out, garnishee their wages until they've paid for the damage. Oh wait, they're probably too stupid to ever hold down a job so that's not going to happen.
