What's the plan Kelowna/West Kelowna for new ice facilities?

Memoria and Prospera will be gone within 5 years. A new arena built near the airport for the Rockets in 5 years and the twin sheets in north glenmore near the dump by 2020.

I stand corrected. And the Rutland dome has been open and in use for a week or so now.
