Land clearing behind Walmart
Does anybody know what's happening behind walmart on the westside? Huge swath of land all being leveled. Yes, it's on WFN property, but no signs or anything. Curious? Housing?

I agree. There is a big gap between single family detached homes and strate town houses/row houses. The higher end duplexes are called 'villas' in Calgary which are essentially bungalow duplexes. I owned one in Calgary and they were highly popular with couples and empty nesters particularly, but could easily be targeted to young families.
