This is very cool....talk about getting "writer's cramp"! Does anyone remember The Jam - Parts 1 & 2? They are dot pictures of musicians of different eras. One of the Jams (not sure if 1 or 2) used to hang in Rosie's Pub by the dance floor. The Jam artist's name is Michael Keirstead and guess what? He's from Kelowna!

What makes it even more interesting is that he and another fellow were on the Dragons Den....

I very much remember "The Jam". Had no idea they were created locally. Thanks for that bit of trivia knowledge!

I believe that the Grateful Fed on Bernard has both, as well as a bunch of other
stuff.
Concert posters and the like.
It's cool just to try and 'play' name them...

It is just so unbelievable that they are done with dots! If you get really up close and personal with them you can see the ENORMOUS amount of time, patience, talent, and precision it must have taken. I have a 3 foot poster of Jam 1 and have had it for years - I still marvel at it. Whenever anyone comes by they are drawn immediately to it and spend a good while getting nostalgic and looking for their fav musicians - they are WAY cool!
