Okay then.... They are convening to plot how they are going to supply the Kelowna's need for fentanyl and how to cut it so that it doesn't kill the addict, but just enough to give them the buzz they desire.

I don't have inside information on this one but, maybe they are going to set the prices for BC bud and all the other forms of cannabis.

I've lived in the neighborhood for years. Every May long weekend they have a big gathering. I think just a social type thing. mostly they keep to themselves but if you go by between about 11pm-4am they might be out on the streets, checking out each others bikes, drinking and enjoying nose candy. Typically there is an unmarked police car further down the road with a couple cops watching.

as for the house, when the RCMP did there big raid on a bunch of clubhouses years ago it was behind yellow tape for a bit. When the club got possession back they tried to sell it by owner and were blocked in the courts until such a time as the trial for seizure under the proceeds of crime was finished. That trial is ongoing right now. My guess is they will either win and sell it, or lose and then it is seized permanently and then resold. Nice property actually.

throughout spring and summer they will have a couple large gatherings and then it dies out come fall.

What is great news about the government being able to seize private property simply because the owner “might possibly use the property for illegal purposes some time in the future”? This court ruling is not limited to just gang owned property but ALL privately owned properties in BC.
This is the top of a very very slippery slope considering they are seizing private property not because an actual crime of any sort was committed on the property but simply because it might possibility be used in a criminal manner at some time in the future.

To be clear I have zero issue with private property that was used for proven criminal activity being seized but have major issue with private property being seized simply because it might possibly be used for some type of criminal activity some time in the future.
