I can think of a couple of instances, where I may have felt, that peeing on a bylaw vehicle was justified.

According to the time stamp on the video:
3:26 - suspect on roof
3:58 - suspect in kitchen
4:14 - suspect in bar smashing till (owner indicates alarm going off at this time would be very loud)
4:17 - suspect at rear door
4:19 - suspect and accomplices get in van
Police said to arrive “a few minutes later”
That’s some seriously terrible security and response time.
