Canucks at Prospera Place?

Post by Frisk »

Is it true the canucks will be playing a preseason game at prospera this weekend? I'm surprised I haven't heard any news about this until now.

Couple things:
1) its cheapest nhl game anyone will see
2) unfortunately it's preseason game so the main team may or may not make a appearance. I haven't looked to see if lines have been made public or not.

This story from September 9th about the Canucks Young Stars tournament in Penticton also mentioned the Kelowna game

And another story this morning too

Doesn't matter, Canucks released 250 more tickets and they were snapped up fast.

Or watch the game on sportsnet... just remember it is a preseason game.

Added later: maybe I should have mentioned this before anyone purchased tickets, Oops my bad.

Sarcasm ....

But for a family of 4 , that game would be a minimum of 300 bucks for the event ..

So, what you're saying is you can't afford to go.

I can watch either on the TV or streamed (on the TV as well) Cost - included in my monthly Telus bill

Not only can I see it better with replays etc but I don't have to put up with the excessive noise. (hard to handle when you have hearing aids)

As well as if they are playing like crap, which the Canucks have a tendency to do I can turn them off. No parking problems either!

Castanet is all about complaining of which we all do our fair share.

Maybe he can afford it but would rather spend his money on something more tangible than donate to over paid Hockey players.

I know I would.

It's the last preseason game, so the lineup is fairly close to what the final lineup will be.

Jeff Paterson

@patersonjeff

Leipsic-Pettersson-Eriksson
Archibald-Sutter-Gagner
