Still looks like one today.

Not often that you drive for fifteen minutes to another town, head into what looks like that towns industrial area, just to find out it all belongs to that city you left fifteen minutes behind.

Now Kelowna takes advantage of all the tax base there, but the local town has to deal with commercial grow op odors, and all else associated with an industrial area and its traffic.
