Baby stealer jumps in lake

A man allegedly stole a baby from a family at a busy Kelowna park and then jumped into Okanagan Lake to try and swim away.

The bizarre incident unfolded in broad daylight at Kelowna’s Kerry Park and has left multiple people feeling uneasy.

Castanet News has received multiple tips about the incident that unfolded just after 2 p.m. near in Kerry Park.

ETA: Watched the newsclip, RCMP got him at the waterbreak wall.

Guy is supposedly claiming it's all a mistake.
