No, that was somewhere on the lower mainland. It could easily happen here, though. Ask downtown business owners how often they have to have s#!7 smears removed from their entrances.

I see it often where these homeless squat on someones property or just a piece of grass on the side of the road back ally and go through their stuff.
Spread it out and just leave it there spread out , like what the heck!!!
It seems like common behavior, is it the drugs? Mental? ....I have no clue.
I always tought it was the police that bust them and that's the junk left behind getting raided by other homeless

We now need a group picture of our entire Kelowna city council standing next to this mess with a look of concern on their faces...…….....fat chance of that!
