It will be nice for them to move. Hearthstone is a big problem for them and other businesses in the area. I was at the oil change place and there is a constant issue with the residents/visitors trekking along with their stolen items/fighting/needles left.
As for Audi - they roll through there and hit the cars with their carts, bikes, etc. Sleep in the lot - bang on the cars and vandalize if they feel it. Lots of drug trips too. Sometimes they will ask customers looking in the day for spare change. Lots of lighting, fencing, security, etc and they still roll through. I know BMW had cars vandalized and giant rocks thrown on them as well. The dog park has police presence at it often too. Gross.
