Hockey Dorm site

I would like to know who cleaned up the former Hockey dorm site on Eckhardt Ave in Penticton.
Anybody have the answer?

The crews and equipment were City of Penticton Public Works. The gravel used to fill the excavations was supplied by a local contractor after he gave the city the best price for supply and delivery of the gravel.

Which brings me to wonder if the cost of the City crews and the gravel was covered by the non refundable deposit .Must have been since the Mayor said the whole fiasco would not cost the taxpayers anything.

Eyuh, and I have time shares at an alpine ski resort in Florida I'd be willing to sell to the good taxpayers of Penticton for real cheap.
