Help me pick a gym in Penticton
Which gym or fitness studio do you recommend in Penticton? Why? Please include recommended classes or special benefits or specialized equipment the gyms have. :sunshine:

If you want to have swimming or aqua therapy a part of your exercise program or soaking in a hot tub post workout, then try Lakeside Fitness.
Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

First Strike has a point. When my membership at Lakeside Fitness expires I am considering taking on BJJ full time, then occasionally hitting a random gym just for weights (but not on a membership basis.)
Lakeside Fitness is a great gym, and I would recommend it to anyone, but if you are serious, and looking for more than just a casual fitness routine, then First Strike is the way to go.

The raquetball club has awesome weights and cardio facilities, and is usually not busy at all. Highly recommend checking it out.

Thanks for the ideas I wanted a change from the raquet club & yoga classes. :sunshine:
I am a single female and I find the raquet club has more married men and women stick to their own fitness areas or classes.
