I speak to the young lady that runs it 3 or 4 times a day. She STANDS next to her horse all day,gives him a cool hose bath etc. Just the fact that the people running it are doing exactly the same thing as the horse when he's not busy speaks volumes. She absolutely loves those animals. Go speak to her directly before judging.
OK I might wine that they clog up traffic on Lakeshore, but take Churchill if you're in a hurry. Actually, if you're in a hurry stay off Lakeshore in general! Those damn families that take forever to cross the street!! LOL!
