Actually, fluffy, there is also a full Subway located in the Sungate shopping centre (North Victoria and Jubilee), been there for a couple years. Seems to be doing pretty well.

Love Murray's Pizza, also in the Sungate shopping centre.

and.... twobits, we were devastated when the Vanilla Pod left.

Good move, since the Tastee Freeze left years ago there was no place to get good burgers, fries and ice cream. Glad it wasn't another coffee house...
