whole other thread....point being that a french person, i believe, complaining about Mexicans not being able to speak English when they are from a different country/culture.

The fact that farmers don't get paid nearly enough for the jewels they produce.
You can thank Monsanto, and International Trade Agreements (fashioned by BigCorp, and rubberstamped by BigGov) for that predicament.
Still doesn't change the rash of hobo camps that spring up come cherry picking time.
