Can't say for sure, wasn't there (not THAT old ), but doesn't seem so by the side the "vehicle" is parked on.

I remember when they were building the Kalamalka secondary school, the Seaton kids would go to school in the morning and the Kal kids would go (to Seaton) in the afternoon. Worked well.
