Can anyone recommend a good massage therapist in Vernon area

Hi,

I am looking for a massage therapist who does triggerpoint. I prefer more of holistic approach rather than through a chiro or other medical facility. Can anyone recommend someone?

I prefer Balanced Harmony Massage. Sam Jones.

I have also been to Crave massage in town, Nathan or Sarah the owner is who I reccomend there. Hope that helps.

Lori Bru in Vernon works out of her home...and is Certified in many disciplines of therapy including Reiki, LomiLomi, Shiatsu, Thai, and Raynor massage. (Not to mention some others) She is a world class healer...but if you are looking for just a massage therapist you might be short selling what you really want. You can find her on Facebook.
