"Undeterminable length of time", In a busy park?

If you take a walk out to the extreme south of the park, over the bridges and along the railway track, you will find many homeless people living in the dense bush. That part of the park is not "busy". Don't go alone.

A few years ago, a woman was discovered in there in the late autumn, living with a baby.

It's unfortunate the city/police let it get to this point. It has the potential to be such a gem in the middle of the city.

The City and Police are responsible for the homeless problem. Help me with that one could you.

That's not what I said. They're not responsible for the homeless problem in Vernon. Every city has homeless people, its no one's fault. They are responsible, however, for enforcing the bylaws and the law, and making people feel safe. I don't think that's happening currently. That park has a bad rep, which is sad, because it has been there forever and was given to the city. They should be more responsible with such a prime piece of real estate.
