No friend I work in thousands of an inch and even the cheapest laser level will disable a camera. Oh BTW even the cheapest laser level is accurate to .375" in 100 feet. You do know what .375 is ?
Never hung cabinets or worked for NASA so stop with the red herring B.S.

Actually, there is a mesh screen that we use on RVs that might do the trick and it's not too expensive.

Buy a good spot light and light up his camera, day or night. He'll soon realize you don't want it and it is of no value to him.

Your right to privacy is inside your home. I can film you in your back yard, no right to privacy believe it or not.

Along the top of your fence put up some large reflective materials such as mirrors and point them in the direction of his house. The sun reflecting off of the material will blind the image captured by the camera.

Don't forget to adjust it every 10 minutes as sun moves across the sky...

If you have enough material and focus it well enough then it should only take a few seconds to wipe out the camera.

Maybe a really big magnifying glass would do the trick.

It's also interesting that the OP has only this one post and has never returned.

Hope he is not recording it as the RCMP will love to see the shot fired.
