after first clicking on the headline in hopes that it would be something to do with the cops not being able to use there phones while driving on duty i was sadly mistaken. Turns out they didnt pay there phone bill at its out of service.
phones not working but if you need them call 9-11, well hang on, i thought the phones were working?????????

911 and the phones at the detachment are completely different entities.
