What would be your first big move with that kind of win?

Half to my youngest. Then buy 150+ acres for homeless, sick and abused animals, build proper housing units and play areas and hire year-round vets and staff to look after them until a forever home is found. If too old or sick, the animals will have a comfortable forever home until they cross the Rainbow Bridge. And offer a very low-cost or no-cost spay/neuter clinic to the general public so the number of unwanted animals diminishes.

There as so many animal rescue groups struggling for donations. Rather than create my own, I'd fly in those in charge of their own speciality, be it rescued horses, dogs, cats, alligators, repiles, or the like, and see what kind of funding they need to improve, expand and keep going. Then I'd campaign for another multi-millionare to help create those funds, thus splitting the expenses and income tax refunds.

I'd want to travel, Machu Picu and many mysterious and ancient sites are there to be seen. And I'd want to fund archeology, but would need an endowment system in place to do so. I'd get a lawyer savy to setting one up and make those getting donations accountable. The Gates Foundation demands accountability, and so would I.

And just to PO the City of Kelowna, I'd reopen a new and improved Drop-In center. Mwwwahaaahhhhaaa.
